At Ker & Downey Botswana, the Executive Chef is responsible for the overall management of all camp culinary operations, ensuring that guests receive a high-quality dining experience aligned with the company’s objectives.
This role encompasses menu development, budgeting and cost control, procurement, staff training, and performance management. The Executive Chef holds ultimate accountability for maintaining consistent quality standards, as well as food hygiene and safety, across all camps. In addition, they are responsible for ensuring that all camp kitchens comply with relevant regulatory requirements.
