IT Technician

Chobe Holdings, through its subsidiary Chobe Explorations, is seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team in Maun, Botswana, with frequent travel to camps. The role involves maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth network operations across our business units. The successful candidate will support employees with technical solutions, manage IT equipment, and provide training on basic troubleshooting. This is a hands-on role requiring strong problem-solving skills, independence, and a commitment to professional standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• At least 3 years of IT support experience
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networks
• Familiarity with Windows OS, networking protocols, and wireless technologies
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
