Human Resources Manager

Chobe Explorations is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to plan, coordinate and deliver effective, strategic and progressive HR services across the Group’s hospitality operations. The role partners with management to implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring skills availability, productive employee relations, sound governance and compliance with labour legislation. The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, with at least five years’ experience in an HR management or similar role. Strong leadership, workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, training coordination and employee relations skills are essential, together with sound knowledge of employment law, HR systems, and the ability to build positive workplace relationships in a dynamic, multi-site environment.
