Hospitality Trainer

Desert & Delta Safaris is looking for a passionate and experienced Hospitality Trainer to join the team to play a key role in developing the people who deliver our world-class guest experiences. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing talent, driving excellence and fostering a culture of continuous learning across our luxury safari lodges and camps.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, coordinating and delivering engaging training programmes to develop service standards, operational excellence, leadership capabilities and overall employee performance. The Hospitality Trainer will work with lodge management and departmental teams to identify development needs, conduct practical and classroom training, carry out skills assessments and ensure employees consistently maintain the exceptional standards that define the Desert & Delta Safaris brand.

We are looking for someone who leads from the front, communicates well and has a real passion for developing people. The successful candidate will have strong experience in hospitality, excellent coaching and mentoring skills and the ability to motivate teams in diverse operational environments. Experience in luxury hospitality, guest service excellence and adult learning methodologies would be a distinct advantage.
