Guide Trainer/ Assessor

Ker & Downey Botswana is seeking a Guide Trainer/Assessor to oversee the overall quality, compliance, implementation, and enforcement of quality standards for all guiding activities across the company’s operations. The position is also responsible for ensuring that all guides and guide-related roles are adequately trained and equipped to deliver an exceptional safari experience for the company’s guests.
